Our oven mitts work hard and get dirty. They clean up best with spot cleaning, but can be machine washed. Follow the instructions below for the best results:

• Spot Clean with warm water or
• Machine wash low, do not machine dry

We ship domestically via USPS Express - which takes about 4-5 days. Tack on another 1-2 days for processing and packing.

Please keep in mind that Amazon has ruined shipping expectations for everyone, and they only ship things quickly because they take advantage their workforce :)

Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for the following reasons:

1. The product is broken

2. The product does not match the description

3. The product does not meet the purchaser's expectations.
